Term:
2 years (Automatic yearly contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)
Technology Fee:
9.000 INR Technology one time Fee and
5.500 INR per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).
Additional the technology fee is either 5.500 INR per month, or 4.800 INR per month if paid annually up front at once.
Admin Fee:
Max 20.000 INR per year (4.000 INR Euro if 1.Deal closed, 4.000 INR if 2., 3, 4. and 5.Deal closed)
Royalty Fee:
5% from Revenue

Real Estate Agents CRM including Transaction documentation
and Docu sign with Mobile App
Billing and bookkeeping
National Marketing
Property Valuation Expert Support
Billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month.
If you suggest a new Real Estate Agent, you will receive 10% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals. These 10% will be paid from Groundfloor24.

If you are moving to another Region (Same Country or abroad), you can Work there as an Property Valuation Expert as well without changes to us. Just let us know and we are preparing what needed.
If you would like to work part time from the beginning or later, it does not matter why, you can do it.
If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 1.500 INR and with the 10 month to 300 INR and you keep connected.
